Carrie Loper is a licensed Risk Management Consultant, President and CEO of Global Elite Insurance. She began working in the insurance business at an early age of seventeen. Carrie also worked in property inspection, utilizing her General Contractor and Builder relationships to gain knowledge and expertise in property insurance. She also attended real estate courses at Miami Dade College and worked a second job assisting a mortgage broker with loan modifications for homeowners during the economic crisis in 2008. She later joined the Florida Building Commission to stay informed of the latest building code changes.  Having become an expert in property insurance, Carrie began teaching seminars for other agents on personal insurance products, personal and commercial Citizens insurance products, construction and property replacement cost valuations. Then in September of 2012, she decided to open her own agency, founded on the very principles that have made her so successful. Carrie is also an advocate for consumers and has successfully assisted policyholders with Property & Casualty and Health Insurance disputes and resolutions. Additionally, Carrie has worked through the Florida Market Assistance Plan helping countless homeowners obtain affordable home insurance.

Joseph Lefebvre is a licensed Customer Service Representative providing technical support and focuses on remarketing Personal Automobile accounts to ensure the lowest renewal rates possible. Joseph delivers important reminders to policyholders and provides a cost comparison of expiring automobile policies and new business quotes. Joseph has a background in retail sales of musical equipment and is an accomplished musician. Joseph has helped customers evaluate electric guitar collections and musical equipment. Joseph has a special interest in insuring musical instrument collections and is known as the Insurance Rockstar!

Yasney "Yaz" Mordan is a licensed customer service agent and our agency administrative assistant providing technical support to our staff. Yaz also has a talent for new business marketing and customer relations. Our customers enjoy working with Yaz and love her warm and friendly attitude. Yaz has a background in property management in Miami, Florida. Yaz graduated from Santa Fe College in Florida with an associate degree and is currently expanding her studies in insurance. 

Maday Marrero is an experienced licensed independent insurance agent with a focus on personal automobile insurance. Maday truly cares about her customers and in many cases is able to significantly lower their auto insurance rates. Maday also focuses on Homeowners insurance and works to provide quality options as alternatives to the Citizens last resort program. Our customers love saving money with Maday's help. It's like music to their ears!
